If you have been following my blog, you will know that I am a firm believer in experiential learning - the process of learning through experience. Which explains why I am always looking for places and activities in Singapore to keep the monkies occupied whenever the weekends roll along.
And this also is why this video resonates so well with me. Quite simply, because of one reason: the best place for kids to learn is outside. Being outside is vital to a kid's growth – their emotional and mental development. Kids learn better through experiences which cannot be replicated in a classroom, or a tuition centre for that matter.
